Manager and Supervisory Training

A State of Tennessee department realized that many of its seasoned managers and supervisors would soon be retiring. In fact, this agency's research showed that by 2011, one-third of its supervisors and managers would be eligible for retirement. Leadership and skills training was needed immediately to fill this imminent gap.
