NWCG DoD NOAA Tennessee USAF		Tennessee Manager and Supervisory Training A State of Tennessee department realized that many of its seasoned managers and supervisors would soon be retiring. In fact, this agency's research showed that by 2011, one-third of its supervisors and managers would be eligible for retirement.
